The Whirlwind Top is a cropped fitted bustier in upcycled ivory satin covered in hand-draped and hand-patchworked tulle scraps in royal blue, hot pink, and pale pink with neon orange contrast stitching. The back has stretchy corset lacing for an adjustable fit and the shoulder straps can be tied for an adustable fit as well. This top would look so cool with a pair of highwaisted jeans or slacks.
