Below you will find the answers to frequently asked questions and our policies concerning shipping, custom orders, rentals, stylist pulls, sewing lessons, and workshops.

SHIPPING

​

  • All packages are sent via USPS First Class Mail (3-7 days) and comes with tracking.

  • Ready-Made samples will be sent within 3 to 5 business days of order and payment.

  • Pangea Kali Virga is not responsible for lost packages.

  • Please inquire about international shipping for a shipping quote.

  • We are also not responsible for customs charges or delays in delivery for international deliveries. Please allow additional time for international packages.

  • Custom Garments and Made to Orders will be produced when the order is submitted and paid for. Please allow 6-8 weeks for custom orders to be shipped.

  • All sales final. Returns will not be accepted. Exchanges may be given in exceptional circumstances, for example, if the product is faulty from production issues.

  •  RENTALS are welcome of most of our styles.

  • Rentals and Styling Pulls are for 3 days starting from the day you receive it and include one way shipping costs unless otherwise discussed. After three days the lent piece(s) should be shipped or returned.

  • The rental price of the garment(s) is 15% the selling price of the garment + $15 shipping and handling where applicable.

  • All late returns will be charged an additional charge per day.​

  • STYLIST PULLS are welcome

  • To inquire or pull, please send pull letters, team information, date and location of shoot, and mood board along with any requests to pangeakalivirga@gmail.com.

lessons and workshops

​

  • Workshops occur once monthly and are focused around sustainability through fashion, DIY techniques, and sewing. To learn more about workshops please follow us @pangeakalivirga and sign up for our newsletter below.

  • Due to the COVID-19 crisis all workshops for the time being will be hosted live online.

​

  • Private custom lessons are available for $30 an hour  and are crafted to each student's ability and interest. Lessons can include illustration, draping, patterning, sewing, embellishment, and design.

  • Lessons can be held online or in person with appropriate social distancing and masks.

  •  Pangea Kali Virga prides herself on creating all original designs from upcycled materials using zero waste practices.

  • All scraps are reincorporated into fiber art and other designs.

  • Pangea Kali Virga sources her materials directly through donation from the  design community and other second hand suppliers. Pangea thanks you for the opportunity to give these discarded fabrics a second life.

  • Packaging, labels, and hang tags are also made using a combination of zero waste practices and upcycled materials.
