The Text Shift is made of upcycled fabric with hand-cut hand-stenciled and hand-sewn lettering spelling out Create Destroy. This mid-length sleeveless dress can be made with or without hidden side seam pockets. The lettering has a slightly raw edge with gentle fraying for extra texture. Scoop neck at back. Slip on design.
This design is custom order only and can be made in any size and color with or without the Create Destroy embroidered text or another text of your choice. Depending on the text you choose the custom order might incur an additional cost (if you pick longer words for example).

My 'CreateDestroy' collection, the first sustainable collection, was an approach to equalizing the creative and destructive forces of fashion design and production through an experimental radical approach to zero waste. Using fabrics already on hand, each scrap and thread cut during the process was reintegrated into new designs until every element was used completely resulting in a fully zero waste collection of 20+pieces.
