The Andy Top is a loose boxy cropped short jacket-style. Hook and eye at neck for closure. Hand-sculpted and hand-beaded floral detail on shoulder with glass beads and sequins. Cottong and fully lined with a hand-painted splatter print with upcycled red latex paint.
