Behold I Show You A Mystery, 2026, is the culmination of a five year quilting project, a monumental triptych of the past, present, and future. Within this cosmology, Behold I Show You a Mystery is the future panel: an elaborate depiction of the transformation and growth that awaits all things. In the work, everything is in bloom, despite death being at its visual and thematic center. The quilt continues an ongoing exploration of creation and destruction as a closed-loop cycle. Its upcycled materials, including ceramics, swatches, mirrors, silk velvet, and wire, emphasize the material world's inherent process of change.
